Full calendars, not full feeds.
We run the Instagram and Facebook ads and the content calendar for salons, barbershops, studios, and trainers — built around getting clients back on the books, not just likes.
Posting happens whenever there's time, not when the calendar actually needs it filled.
The easiest booking you'll ever get — before they walk out the door — gets missed every day.
Boosting a post isn't a strategy. Without testing, you're guessing with real money.
Chair-based, repeat-heavy, visual work.
Appointment-driven, aesthetic-first.
Membership and session renewals.
Treatment packages, recurring visits.
Recurring sessions, easy to under-book without a system.
Visual portfolio work, consult-to-booking funnel.
Recurring grooming cycles, highly visual before/afters.
Care-plan visits, patient retention over one-time intake.
Class packages and memberships, seasonal drop-off risk.
High-frequency repeat visits, promo-driven bookings.
Recurring cycles, appointment reminders double as content.
Recall visits, patient trust built through consistent presence.
If your business runs on people coming back rather than one-time purchases, the same system applies — wherever you're located, since everything here is managed remotely.
Fifteen minutes, no pitch deck — we'll look at your current posting, ads (if any), and booking pattern, and tell you exactly where you're leaving bookings on the table.
Three things, working together — not a bundle of add-ons you have to piece together yourself.
Instagram and Facebook ads built around your slow periods and your actual services, whatever the trade.
Before-and-afters, promos, and posts timed to your calendar gaps.
Scripts and prompts your front desk or team actually use.

We're expanding into service businesses using the same process our founder already proved with real money on his own retail brand.
On our founder's own e-commerce brand, a top-performing ad's return dropped below breakeven once we scaled the budget. Instead of pushing more spend into a declining creative, we pulled it within days and moved the budget to a new angle — that's the same discipline we bring to every ad account we manage, salon or otherwise.
We'd rather tell you that plainly than fake it. What you're getting is the same testing discipline already proven on a live ad account — applied to your business from day one, with your results reported honestly, good or bad.
Your ad spend is always billed directly on your own ad account — you see exactly where every dollar goes.
Most businesses in this category see meaningful results starting around $10–20/day. It's billed directly on your own account, so you control the total and can adjust anytime.
That's fine — we can work alongside them with the content calendar, or take it over fully. We'll figure out what makes sense in the audit.
No. It's month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel — we'd rather earn the renewal than lock you in.
Content and rebooking changes tend to show up within a few weeks. Ad performance is usually clear enough to judge within the first month of testing.
No agency jargon, no forty-page strategy decks — a plain process built around your calendar, run by a dedicated team testing every dollar before spending more of it.
At Rebook, you're not routed through a call center or handed off between rotating account managers — our team runs your ads and content directly, hands-on. It started with our founder building and running his own online retail brand from scratch, testing ad creative with real budget, killing what didn't work and scaling what did. We started Rebook because we kept noticing that same gap in service businesses around us: inconsistent posting, no rebooking system, ad spend nobody's actually reading the results on.
Most agencies sell you a content plan and hope it works. We start from your actual booking pattern — where the gaps are, and what fills them — and build the ads and content around that, not the other way around.
We look at your current posts, ads (if any), and booking pattern to find where you're actually losing revenue.
Ads go live, content calendar starts, and the rebooking system gets handed to your team.
You get a plain-language report — what worked, what didn't, what changes next month.
Fifteen minutes, on our calendar — we'll show you exactly where you're leaving bookings on the table, free, no pitch deck.
A quick look at your current posting, any ads you're running, and where bookings seem to be slipping.
Real examples from your own account — not generic advice you could get from a blog post.
No pressure and no pitch deck. If it's a fit, we talk pricing. If not, you keep the audit either way.
Completely fine — most people we talk to don't yet. The audit still shows exactly where to start, with or without an ad account already set up.
About fifteen minutes. Occasionally a bit longer if there's a lot worth digging into together.
No prep required, but having your Instagram or Facebook page pulled up on your end makes the call more useful.
Short, specific things we've noticed running ads and content for real accounts — not generic tips.
We used to get excited about a single strong day — a good click-through rate, a few extra bookings — and want to pour more budget in immediately. That's usually a mistake. A single day, even a single week, can be noise: a slow competitor, a lucky placement, a post that caught someone at the right moment. The number that actually matters is the return after enough spend that the randomness washes out — usually a few hundred dollars into a specific creative, not a few dollars. If a client asks us to scale after two good days, we say not yet. It's a harder conversation than just saying yes, but it's the difference between a real strategy and a lucky week.
The single highest-leverage thing a stylist, trainer, or technician can do costs nothing and takes ten seconds: ask for the next booking before the client leaves. Most people don't, because it feels pushy, or because they're focused on finishing the service rather than selling the next one. The fix isn't a discount or a gimmick — it's a specific, low-pressure line said at a specific moment, before the client's picked their bag back up. We give every client a version of this tailored to their trade, and it consistently outperforms anything we do in paid ads, because it's converting someone who's already sold on you once.
Short version: this site doesn't store anything you type.
Booking a call uses Calendly, a third-party scheduling service — when you pick a time, Calendly shares your name, email, and any notes you add with us so we can prepare for the call. Calendly has its own privacy policy governing how it handles that information; we only use it to schedule and prepare for our conversation.
If you become a client, your ad spend stays on your own ad account, billed directly by the platform — we manage it, we don't hold your payment details.

This is a summary of how we work together — the signed agreement we send before starting covers the full detail.
No long-term lock-in. Either side can end the arrangement with 30 days' written notice.
Your ad spend is billed directly by Meta on your own ad account. Our monthly fee covers management and content, not the media spend itself.
Your ad account, page access, content library, and client data remain yours at all times, during and after working together.
Timely access to accounts, approval on content within a reasonable window, and honest info about what's actually happening with bookings — the audit and reports only work if the input is accurate.
